Kowhai Coast Property Management is a boutique property management company specialising in residential investment properties with long-term tenancies in Warkworth and the surrounding areas. Their commitment to ensuring both landlords and tenants experience a seamless and professional relationship sets them apart from competitors. With a strong emphasis on customer service, attention to detail, and approachability, their brand needed to reflect these core values while also showcasing their modern and tech-forward approach.

The goal was to craft a brand identity that balances modern professionalism with warmth and approachability. To achieve this, we focused on three key design elements – Logo: A simple yet impactful logo that conveys clarity, reliability, and modernity. Typography: We chose Poppins, a modern grotesque sans-serif font, to establish a clean and contemporary aesthetic while maintaining readability and accessibility. Colour palette: The color scheme consists of yellow, bright teal, and ocean teal—shades that exude friendliness and reflect the coastal environment in which the company operates. These colors also reinforce the company’s welcoming and professional image.

The resulting brand identity presents Kowhai Coast Property Management as a forward-thinking, trustworthy, and customer-centric company. The blend of modern typography, a fresh color palette, and a streamlined logo ensures that the brand not only stands out in the property management industry but also resonates with its target audience.
