Ockham Developers approached Studio Nine to develop a brand identity for Adelaide Junction. A new, multi-residential development in Wynyard Quarter in Central Auckland. Ockham are dedicated to creating architectural buildings that are beautiful, functional and timeless.
The strategy behind Adelaide Junction is centred on the idea of ‘urban city living’. Aimed at a market that works in the area and enjoys everything that Wynyard Quarter has to offer. The brand needed to reflect a minimal modern, urban lifestyle and well-designed apartments with generous spaces and luxurious finishes. The apartments are described as being ideally positioned within the city’s most vibrant precinct. Adelaide Junction’s brand identity effectively uses colour, type and substrate contrast to establish a solid foundation. It also reflects a design aesthetic rooted in a modernist heritage and the company’s commitment to new textures, finishes and materials.
